Front doors are 6x9 rear are 6 1/2. If you have the factory Infinity system and you only want to replace the speakers, the 6x9s have a crossover built into them that you will have to remove and glue it to the inside of your door. If you cut it out and don't reuse it your rear speakers and the tweeters in the pillars will not work. I just put Infinity Kappas in mine with an Infinity Kappa 5 amp and dynamated the doors. A little expensive but it does sound great.

One thing to keep in mind is if you get high power speakers (say over 60w) they will not sound good unless you get an amp to bring the power level up close to the max power rating of the speaker.

They are 5.25 in the rear but some 6.5 will work.

This may help you

I had some issues with the front door speakers, they can only be so deep otherwise the window will hit it. I ended up going with 6.5" with an adapter plate for the fronts.
