auto trans cooler lines

my 99 i noticed the other day there was a wet spot underneath it. it has been sitting on concrete for awhile as it doesnt get run everyday. i pulled it in garage and changed oil and whatnot and found the trans cooler lines from the engine oil cooler had rubbed a hole where the plastic clamp went around the lines. ive checked most of the local parts stores around here and they could possibly get 1 but not both. has anyone else ever had these lines go bad and if so where did you get them. i called dodge and gave them the vin of my truck and he said i would have to come in to see if they were right but the dealerships parts dept. is only open till 5 in the evening and closed on weekends. could i cut out the bad section of the lines and replace them with rubber hose? thanks in advance for the help

Mine rubbed a hole in it to it was the long straight one the line that hooked in on the back of the tranny. Went to dodge dealership ordered it cost me 50 dollars.
