ABS/Brake Speedo Works?

Hey guys on friday last week which was a bad day and to top it off on my way home my ABS Brake light came on and stayed on. I have not replaced anything yet, but have tried two diffrent OBD's to try to see whats throwing the idiot lights. I think its one of the ABS Sensors but I cant locate any wheel speed sensors on the front hubs? so where can I find the abs sensors? it could be the one on the diff, but just wanted to see if anyone else has imput for me. The truck acts like it has a warped but its smooth on brakeing every other time, so thanks guys!

If I remember correctly, most of the 2nd gen dodges only have rear wheel anti lock. The sensor is located on top of the rear diff. If your dodge has 4 wheel antilock the front sensors are on the wheel hubs/bearing assembly.

I believe the updated the front end in 00 and they had 4 wheel abs from 00-up as my 01 has an abs connection on all 4 wheels. but my 99 only had it on the rears

Ok, well then thats works, its 2wd ABS, just my other cummins expert thought it was the front one but I aint got em... Then he started telling me that there one on the tranny :s:. So thanks bryce, hopefully this will solve my problem, in tired of having the brake light stare me in the eye...:dang:

There is a speed sensor on the tranny. I believe it works the speedo.
