Drivers side of motor wet???

I clean off the wet on the left of the motor and it comes back by next oil change. No visible leaks at the valve cover and no injector leaks. It seems far enough back that I doubt its the front cover. Never uses oil. Runs to good and cool to be a head gasket. And it is always full on coolant. Anyone have any ideas. My only thought is a fuel leak. It has a ddrp with bigger rubber fuel lines. Could an injector line be leaking close to the block.

Ya have any mods to your rig? Does it look/smell like oil or diesel? Just because it doesnt use oil, doesnt mean there isnt a tiny leak somewhere. Maybe a pinhole in a coolant hose. How much "wet" is there?

It's has enough for a little drip. Not enough drop that it's a puddle everywhere it's parked. It has a quad box and a superchips programmer on it. Other than that not sure. When I bought the truck an injector line on the injector side was loose and leaking. That why I wonder if it's an injector line on the pump side

Does its smell like fuel, coolant, or oil?

That would certainly help diagnose the problem.

Lifter cover gasket or vacuum pump would be my initial guess, if it is oil.

I realize that if I knew what was leaking it would be easy to diagnose. I was just wondering if there were any known things to leak in that area that I didn't have to be lazy and search for myself. :nope:

Vacum pump seal most likely :c:

Crawed under the truck today. I believe that the oil pan is the most of the issue. All the oil pan bolts went an 1/8 to a 1/4 turn. Hope this eleminates the leaks. The Vacuum pump is collecting dust but not really leaking bad. There is some oil from behind the ecm and I am unable to see what is leaking there. Hoping that its just fuel from the fuel filter changes. I will be getting rid of the blow by bottle very soon. What a terrible idea. :argh:
