SURGING AFTER INJECTOR CHANGE, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Ok guys.....here we go again!! I'm have a problem with my truck is surging pretty bad. I replaced my injectors a few days ago and now at idle it seems to miss a little maybe.....hard to tell. The real problem that is not hard to notice is the surge i get when i'm in the throttle and I let off and push in the clutch!! Normally, before i replaced the injectors. I could roll out of the throttle, push the clutch and the engine would idle down to 850 rpm's...staying smooth as glass. Now when i roll out of the throttle, clutch in...it will drop down to 750, then up to 900, then down to 800, finally ending at 850 rpm's. It seems to do it worse as the truck warms up.

I've bled the fuel lines good, I checked my airdog psi(13-15), replaced the vp44 about 5 months ago, reset the APPS, and checked for codes( scanner and the ign switch test) NO CODES!

THIS TRUCK IS STARTING TO DRIVE ME CRAZY:wacko2:...PLEASE HELP!!!!!

THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS!!!!!!:tu:

Where did you purchase the injectors?

BD DIESEL

It did or didn't do this prior to injector install?

It didn't do it prior to the install.

How big are the injectors, could need more air=turbo.
Check all fuel lines connections for tightness, changes fuel filters.:tu:

They are 75hp injectors. I changed the fuel filter probably no more than 1,500 miles ago. Pretty sure the lines are tight.... the only lines I took off were the pressure side and I don't have any fuel leaks.

Did you make sure to get the old copper washers out? It is possible that you double stacked the new washer with the old?

Honestly, it sounds like your getting air in the lines. Did you replace the connecting tube O rings?

Sounds like an injector didnt get seated

If he double stacked washers, or didn't put one on an injector it would fill oil pan full of diesel.

Is it smoking a lot more than it should be? What injection pump did I put on it?

It sounds like there's an internal problem with one or more injectors.
