97 dodge 5.9 GASOLINE ENGINE problem
 

I know this isnt the place to post but its still a dodge <3 haha but at around 2000 rpms there is a horrid vibrating/grinding noise. It comes from under the truck and towards the passenger side of the motor. Anybody have this problem before and what did you do to fix it? trans was replaced a long long time ago. it has 180000 miles and has been a work/plow truck since it was bought. My dad does not want to put anything into the truck but gas and oil because its basically on life support, unless this is a cheap fix i would appreciate some input! thank you.

4.10 gears
"rings the bell" when put in drive
very well maintained
Plowed for 16 years and still does
TOWED very heavy loads in the past
rebuilt trans
stock motor
stock everything besides magnaflow from highflow cats back
