Default Slight Surging between 1500-1900 rpm

So I got my first Dodge 24v a week ago, switched over from my 7.3 with 330k miles on it…
Anyway, it has been running like a charm up until the other night driving for about an hour and I noticed my pick up slightly surging when I’m either holding a steady between 1500 and 1900rpm or under a little load, like going up a grade holding steady, you can just feel it surging a bit.

Seems to be most noticeable when I’m cruising in 4th gear

I’m not showing any error codes…

Any Ideas?

Nobody?

I read on another forum that it could be related to cruise control, but I tried it last night and it surges both with and without cruise control on.

Any Ideas at all?

Mine surged like you were driving in windy conditions. It had no codes. I installed a Timbos APPS and it's perfect now.

Is there some way to test the apps before buying a new one?

So I read on a mother forum that if the problem still exists while using cruise, then it is not the APPS, basicly cruise controll by passes the APPS. Does this sound right?
Any other ideas of what may be causing this?

I don't know about the cruise thing. Mine surged on cruise too until I changed the APPS.
