Default AirDog troubles

So I finally got my fuel pressure gauge to work and I have 15psi at idle n 5psi at WOT. It's a AirDog 10the filters have 5000 miles on them so how can i up the pressure with the 100 or do I need to get a bigger pump.

Is it an AirDog II? There should be a regulator on the pump itself. It should be higher than that for sure. How old is your pressure regulation valve in the VP? They can cause fuel pressure issues.

It is a original AirDog 100 n the pressure valve is probably the factory one. It has 205000 miles on it so it probably needs change it's that like a five minute job.

My fuel pressure goes down the high up in elevation I go. Where I live now is about 4000' where I have 14-15psi, when I go to my folks house around 7000' it drops down to 12-10 psi? What the hell is that about Ryan or anyone else?

Sorry for the hijack put these issue maybe related.

Could be a few things, but most likely the calibration in the sender/fuel gauge. I'm guessing it's a mechanical gauge?

when i bought my air dog 100 it came with a higher pressure spring you can install. Judging by the list of mods you have going your 100 might be too small...they are only good to around 400-450hp IIRC.

I don't think that is the problem. If I remember correctly, 01Quabcab made 600HP+ on a 95GPH. I may be mistaken though. My FASS 150 only drops a couple PSI between idle and WOT with my mods.

Mine is on the attitude monitor. It has been doing this for a couple of years now. Before then it never did it, so not real sure. Changed fuel filters a couple times and no difference. Pump going out? I have had it for 8+ years now.
