I'm thinking about getting one of those Edge gizmos and was wondering...is that all you do is plug it into your truck? Dumb question, I know. I want one with all the readings...so once again, do I just plug this "edge" thing in? I don't have to put any sensors or sending units on my truck for this thing to read? Will it be able to read my lift pump pressure and so on? Thanks for any help.

 

I didn't know that I asked such a hard question . Sure would like to have an answer or two before I kick out the cash to buy one. Where's the best place to buy one anyway? Thanks- if you reply.

 

The edge juice has to be ran under the hood with connections to the map sensor, data link, ip and you have to run powers and grounds, then two wires to the inside for your display and turbo timer function. For your gauges on the monitor you need to drill and tap the stock exhaust manifold for egt and tie into the fuek system for fuel pressure. Pretty simple to put one in.
