Alright, theres a local guy looking to sell his '93 D350. All stock, auto, extended cab, 180XXX. Its 2WD and he's asking 4500 for it. Its got running boards, and a great 2-tone pinstriped paintjob. Never read up on, worked on, or drove a first gen. What do you guys think? Jump on it or pass?

Sounds a little pricey for a 2 wheeler but mine wasn't in excellent shape but is 4 wheel and I picked up for 4k and it only had 140,000.

doesnt sound that far out to me, especially if he took good care of it. The best Iv'e seen locally was 3500 for a comparable one in kinda rough shape. I think I would go for it if I liked it, sounds like you do.
maybe $4k cash will take it.

agreed! Kbb says mines worth $4400. I paid $500, and it did need a trans and brake work. If you ask me for 4500 your getting a bone stock never abused 12v cummins that comes in a truck. Where I'm from, a cummins engine (12v) alone is worth $3500-$5500.
