swapping slushbox for a getrag question
 

ok so i found what i feel is a killer deal, a junk yard down the street from my house has a runing?driving 92 2wheel drive cummins w a 5 speed in it, i was told they will sell me the tranni, bell housing, clutch, all linkage, crossmember, shifter and pedals for 1000 bucks, no here is the only issue/ question, my truck is a 4 wheel drive truck, and this truck is a 2 wheel drive, do i need a 4wheel drive tail shaft, or i heard you can remove tailshaft and bolt transfercase to tranni? either way will i be able to run the transfercase i have now? any help will be appreciated! pics are always nice too :)
