Put some Dye in the coolant passages, seal up the block, and pressurize....while the pressurized, get a spray bottle with soapy solution and start rolling the block over to look for leaks. Also check inside the crankcase also and the bottom of the bores.

what kind of dye u recomend? like oil dye? i have used that stuff alot over the years. an do u mean pressurize with the block completely torn apart? bare block? with oil cooler still in it?
