Fuel Getting In AFC
i have a 93 cummins that i swaped the pump top on today, the top i put on was from an 89 truck, it got a 4k gov spring and denny t fuel pin, anyways, after finishing the swap the truck ran awsome, but was squirting fuel out of the vent looking piece on the back of the afc just above the return line, and when i pulled the afc cover back off it had fuel in it, it wasnt filled to the top but had enough to where it was shooting out of that vent like a guiser, upon furter inspection i noticed someone had filled the vent up w/ sylicone to keep it from leaking, but i know fuel should never enter the afc, does anyone have a clue as to what the problem is? and will i have to start over and get another pump top, thanks!

it will probably keep leaking with a denny t since that small pin seems to come out past the oring with the deep cut.
