Getting mod ideas

I have looked over the forums pretty well and am going to start planning my "vacation time" week off work into modding my truck a bit.

93 motor in 87 F350 intercooler is hooked up already & killer dowel pin has been fixed

Goal 400 HP budget.... Economicly challenged

so Far I have
1 set up pyrometer
2 fix speedometer
3 tune pump (read and printed the manual)
4 change gear ratio
5 work on interior

Any other input/suggestions would be great

injectors, intercooler from 1999-2003 powerstroke, bigger injectors and maybe a hx35/hx40 hybrid turbo

I am still new to this so can I get some clairification on a few of those suggestions.

What benefit does the intercooler suggest off a powerstroke offer me that my dodge one doesn't, or do better than my dodge one?

Timing pump, injector pump. Am I mistaken or are they the same thing?

@ jdbigblue12v. What kind of prices shouls I expect with injectors? I know I will read about them types and sizes before I do it though. Also. Price range on that turbo?

the powerstroke intercooler is better flowing and is larger for about 100$ you can go wrong. no such thing as a timing pump. the injection pump is mechanical wich you can advance the timing of the pump by 1/8th and gain a few lbs of torque. if you want to do new injectors i would also suggest a turbo or do a GDS 60mm upgrade and do 5x.12 injectors but not sure if you will need a bigger turbo but you most likely will need atleast an hx40

Upgrade Compressor Housing & Wheel combo (58mm inducer) for 1991.5-1994 Turbochargers
