im not sure if the dementions are the same or not but i put a spicer (dana) 80 out of a 2001 dodge cummins in my pickup and the spring perches were right but they were too wide for my springs so i had to trim them down and the stock brackets from my pickup and the doner pickup did not work because of the different spring and axle housting widths so i made my own but i made it so the bolts point up rather than down for ease of fabrication and i made brackets that fit over the springs out of 6" I-beam and drilled holes for the U-bolts. after doing all this i realized that the 80 was 10 inches wider inside of backing plate to inside of backing plate than my stock dana 70 so i went out and bought wheels that were off of an 01 to compensate for that but then I found out that they dont fit over the front calipers so i now have different wheels on the front and back and the back tires stick out a few inches further than the front but i am very happy with my swap. but like i said Im not sure if the 70 from the 95 is the same as the 80 out of the 01 just get lots of measurements and see if it will fit right.

Apparently the '95 axle isn't as wide as the 01-02.

I will be tackling the spring perch width difference myself in the near future... '02 D80 going into my '93 w250. :)
