running out of options

im in the process of trying to rebuild my dodge but im starting to find more damage then i expected and im getting tired of trying to rig everything up
i was just wondering a few things
I found a 92 d350 5speed flatbed that needs a the injection pump cleaned for around 1500 to 1000 but i didn't no if using my truck as a parts truck how hard it would be to make it four wheel drive
if i could find a dodge with the gas motor in it how hard would it be to switch from gas to diesel
Im getting burnt out and running out of option any advice

How bad of damage? I think with all of the time you put into converting everything you could get a second job and fix up the one you got!! Remember everything switched from 1st to 2nd gen, like the pumpkin is oposite on the front axle and then obviously the t case is d side drop. The suspension set up and mounting points are different I believe. Also shaft lengths and the spline difference on the getrag and the 241 t case vs the 205unless you use the trans out of the donor <- Sorry this is in regaurds to converting the flatbed to 4x4 not sure about the gasser to diesel though. Just one of those things when you look at all of the little things you will need that add up.

What kind of damage is there? Rust, body, electrical?

Oops for some reason I though you were using a 98 for a donor.
