2WD to a 4WD how hard???
How hard will it be to make a 2wd 3/4 ton to a 4 wd??? I know you need a front axle, leafs, shocks, transfer case, front drive shaft, new rear drive shaft, change up the steering a lil, and a saws all to cut the floor but what else? I'm lookin real hard for a 1991-93 W250 EXT Cab Auto but cant find one but have found some cheap D250's that need alotta work done but i'm gonna re-build it anyways ground up. So just getting some idea's. Thanks!

What kind of price range did u have to spend on a w250?
Well one that was close buy like up to 4k it aint gotta be perfect just all there cuz i was gonna redo everything but found some D250's for like 2 - 3 that need work
You will have more money and grey hairs into the swap than just going and buying one and fixing it up how you want.
Well if i could find one cheap enough and then find a donor 4x4 really cheap then it probly wouldnt be that bad since i'll be strippin it down to the frame almost to rebuild. I wan't a W250 Ext cab with an auto and i want to redo it in white and black intrior and a 4 inch lift with 34 inch tires and black wheels and black out the windows and no decals with white bushwacker fender flares

I want more then 4k for mine so that wont work lol
A 2wd frame is not the same width as a 4x4 frame in the front keep that in mind
Hmm....... Well..... Honestly didnt know that lol how bout just cuttin and stretchin the frame on the W250 reg cab and slappin on the ext cab from the D250..... Sounds alot easier to me
