How To: Advance Timing on VE Pump
 
Im looking to advance the timing on my 93 VE pump, and was looking for mabey a how to tech article or someone to explain it to me, i have heard it is simple, pics would be nice too, thanks

Look in the sticky. It is pretty easy. If you have a set of s wrenches it will help.

s wrenches or a racheting box wrench that has the end that pivits to how ever you want it works good too.

I had printed out all of this information two weeks ago and have read it all atleast 4 times and no where in their does it mention or explain advancing the timing?

Same guy has videos of installing the gov spring, adjusting throttle linkage and turning the fuel pin.
