12v exhaust question......
 

So I just recently got myself a 91 4x4 reg cab with the 5.9 turbo
My question is, did this truck come from the factory with a catalytic converter?
up here we need to do emission testing on our vehicles and a visual componet inspection is part of it.
Truck does not have one now, and all the suppliers I called did not list one.
Figured I'd ask the experts.............

No shouldn't have one and it should be smog exempt

Not sure if its exempt Im in canada...

The emissions controls on a '91 5.9 consist of a turbocharger, possibly an intercooler, and a muffler.
