Default Lifting a first gen

Hello, I've seen a few lifted first gens on here and elsewhere on the interweb. I've got a bone stock 1991 12v. So far I've taken it down to the frame and refreshed everything. It's a standard cab long box with the auto trans (any tips on swapping in an eaton 10sp?). I've been looking around the main suspension lift sites and haven't been able to find a decent lift for my truck. I'd like to go 4 inches or higher. Is this something I have to fab myself or does anyone know of a company that makes a kit for my truck. Thanks.

Kit? Not so much. Basically you need three things to properly lift a 1st Gen: 1) Springs - Alcan or Skykacker, 2) Steering - drop pitman or crossover, and 3) longer shocks - various. Bigger tires would also look nice after that...
