Does anyone know of any companies that make a front leveling kit for the 2wd duallies?

I put Moog 'severe-duty' OE replacement coils in my D250... I think I got nearly 2" out of them.

EDIT: My tires are 245/75R16 front and 285/75R16 rear... on Ford 16x7 steels.
