you can probly use your np205 tcase from your truck now. the only difference between the auto tcase and manual are the sline count. 29 on the auto and 32 on the manual ones for the first gen. there is a website that sells the couplers that will connect the 32 to 29. i lost the sites url but im sure you can find it easily. if the nv4500 has 32 spline then u could use your auto tcase. guys who are high hp pullers like to use the 32 sline tcase in their auto trucks so they use the coupler for that but you can use it for your case too.

Im not 100% sure but I think the auto trans and t case are 23 spline and the getrag and nv4500 trans and t cases were 29 spline?? So I will need a coupler or 29 spline passenger side drop t case and it should work. Last thing...will my cross member still work?

yes ur right. i totally dropped the ball on that one sorry. idk why i had that spline count in my head.
eh ur crossmember might work. maybe ull just have to slide it forward and drill new holes in the frame.

32 splines on the axle shafts, might be where you got that number from

No worries. I am going to go with a 29 to 23 spline coupler because I know it will take me a good while to find a 29 spline passenger side drop t case, even if i do find one it will cost an arm and a leg. If the crossmember is to far out of place I migh just fab up a beefy one myself.

Beefy is good, it'll take some flex out of the frame at the same time
