ok how does that happen? i mean really you see rolled trucks all the time but split in half really? i almost wanna say photo shopped but thats a damn good job if they did because people are watching at the bottom and one guys vest is blocking the picture a photoshopper would not take the time to think about those things what web site did you find this on i would like to follow it up and see if i can get the story behind it

Looks like the cab is hanging on by the 90 degree angle bent frame? Also looks like a fair amount of weight from materials in the bed might be preventing the whole truck from going over the edge. Not sure whether to consider the driver extremely lucky or unlucky at the point of the photo. Guess we need the full story with final outcome.

I found it on theChive.com, only pictures no story. I freaked me out cause the pickup is OVER the rail, not through it. I have no idea how you could get that to happen but I guess stranger things have happened, right? Anyways, I hope the guys' ok and that nothing happened to him. I'll see if I can find a news clipping or something.

Those images have been on the internet for some number of years. It's no photoshop job BTW. ;)

There's a trailer hooked to it also, I'm not sure if he's lucky or unlucky but I'd bet he could use some clean shorts. :c:

That happened about 6 hours from my in the BC Kootenays The guy was towing a trailer going to fast coming down a hill if I remember right n when he hit the ice covered bridge he lost it. I think they said the only thing that saved him was the trailer holding the truck from going over.

Good indication of how stupid weak first gen frames are.

Not really when you think of how much weight you have hanging in the air there.
