not sure if i can help your issue at all but those brass washers on the banjo bolts are supposed to be replaced everytime you take them loose

take the brass washer and take a fine piece of sand paper or emery cloth and get rid of any birrs on it or rough spot. id say do it on the return line too but then ud have to take it off to clean it to ensure u didnt get any junk in it. if that dont work do what i did and take a piece of tephlon tape and wrap it around both sides of the washer and clean out the hole in the washer to it doesnt get caught in the bolt threads. then bolt it up. it makes like a little gasket and worked like a charm on mine for a tricky injector. i had to do that even with a new washer.

its not leaking anymore it was some gunk on the washer so it wouldent seat right but it still wont fire

Make sure its got fuel to the injectors, could be suckin air somewhere

we craked each line open and made shure they were all getting fuel... will 370 marine injectors not work in my first gen? they look identicle to my stock injectors but when we put them in it wont start now it is definatly getting fuel to the top of the injectors so i would asume its getting fuel. but it still wont start is there annother way to test if its getting fuel? and with the 370's do i need to bump the timing or mess with the idle screw? also i will give my 370's and the stock injectors plus some cash to anyone who will trade me for a set of pods or ddp's that will work better but the catch is in person only and have to be new or have reciepts with pop test/results let me know if anyone is interested thanks guys

If those are 2nd gen p-pump injectors they might not be popping, depending on your VE's condition. I can't remember the exact numbers, but 2nd gen injectors have at least a couple kpsi higher pop pressure.

so what can i do to get them to pop? and they look identicle to the stock ones i took out of my pickup does that mean anything?

if the ruturn line is cracked open on #6 and fuel spits out when i turn it over does that mean they are popping or not popping?

Find out what kind of injectors you have, anything else is just guessing. I'd ask the person you got them from where they came from or what they are exactly. 370 marine is typically a p-pump application and will not work with the VE. It might work for a little while with a healthy pump, but kill it pretty quickly. You can always look up the part numbers.
