Radiator to hell

Today i hit a rut and the ol fan got stuck under a thin metal strap going down on the radiator. idk how the hell it happened but it did. screwed my radiator to hell. motor mounts seem fine and radiator seems tight. something gave but what? any ideas?

Under the radiator and core support is a pair af rubber mounts. You need to check them while you have the radiator out.

Just pulled it out. there was only one rubber mount in there. the guy i bought the truck off of replaced the radiator. i see he didnt care to pay enough attention to that little detail.

Those are the ones I was talking about. I don't wanna discuss how I know. Rocky

Also you need to check the core support for cracks amd broken welds around those rubbers.

I'd have a look at the transmission mount. :w2:
