leaking water

Hi my name is skyler and i'm new to the site I just bought a 89 w250 727 and I have to say it's awesome except one thing. I was cleaning it out the other day and i noticed that under the floor it looks like someone took a hose to it it was soaked I was curious if these have a weakness of leaking water or anything it's also soaked in the corners behind the seat any advice would be great

Look between the doors and your front fenders.....

Its totally normal 1st gen behavior. :w2: Check what was mentioned above and also the windshield gasket, roof rot, and the vent down by your feet on the drivers side.:tu:

And since there is water behind the seat, check to see if it has holes bored in the roof. Mine was like that and I had to use silicon to fix it.

cargo light gasket on regular cabs can make behind the seat a swamp:dang:

if you have a sun visor mounted to your roof, the screws that hold it on, leaked for me, and I had one cab light were the gasket was bad.

and I forgot about the brake cable that comes in from the floor, my rubber gromet was missing causing water to come in ever time my tires splashed water

alright thanks for the replys I will check into these suggestions (hopefully before it rains again) I don't want the cab rotting out from under me I was thinking about taking the seats and floor mat out and spraying the bedliner in a can down on it
