Need to clock my turbo - frozen up?

I got a 92 ctd engine and I flipped the manifold so it would clear, need to reclock the turbo but it won't budge. Unloosened the 4 bolts holding it in position but it won't budge at all. Any input greatly appreciated.

They dont just fall off after you unbolt them. Gotta beat on it a little.

Penetrating oil, patience, and a BIG dead blow hammer. A torch may also become necessary.

When hitting it with a hammer, make sure the bolts are only about a half turn loose. If they are too loose, and the hammer is too aggressive, the turbine could hit and bend it's fins on the inside of the exh. housing.

beat on it for a while today didn't do much guess ill try just nocking the whole housing off and replace it with a 16 cm while I'm in there

man i just went through 3 turbos in a row :scare2: dont ask why butt you have to have patience with these things lots of penetrating oil and patience will get the job done :tu: unless some one pulled a prank and tack welded it to the manifold:w2:
