Need some advice on my tranmission

So i just had my a 518 transmission rebuilt and i am not happy with it at all i had the shop install a transgo shift kit and a dacco single clutch billet torque converter. I told them i wanted firm shifts but i cant feel it shift at all i can hear it. seams like it shift to soon and is iffy getting into over drive it acts like it's struggleing to pull my 6000 pound camper when i no it should be no problem the shop said i had a one year 12.000 mile warranty but fails to return my calls or evan say that they did the work. I think it has something to do with the kickdown cable or the valve body.

Please any advice or if you know someone good with transmissions in northern indiana help me out.

Does not downshift, has a brand new kickdown cable it will downshift up hills then takes awhile to shift back into overdrive.:argh:

Adjust your Kickdown cable

Then your TPS.

Let us know if that makes any difference.
