i got injecters checked there good. any other things that could be wrong i need help bad |
sounds like maybe your injection pump is worn, tell us more about the truck. like how many miles, any performance upgrade... etc etc
Could be the timing, try giving it a little bump.
could be the turbo :argh:
could be as simple as water in the fuel too:humm:
White smoke is usually anti-freeze from what I can understand. Head gasket or cracked head.

White smoke means vapor, which means you're either over fueling, (ever see a pulling tractor at idle? :rocking: All that white smoke is unburnt fuel. :s:) or your engine is trying to burn some other liquid. :scare2: Fire it up, and go to the exhaust pipe and snort a line or two. What do you smell? If the scent is strong diesel, you're not combusting it all for whatever reason. If it smells sweet it's antifreeze. :argh::scare2: If there's no smell, drop your fuel filter, (which you should do anyway, just because) and drain it into a glass or other see through vessel so you can see what was in there. If there's water, it'll seperate with the diesel. Good luck!:c:
