1990 odometer dosent work?

Default 1990 odometer dosent work?
i have 90 that the odometer dosent work. the wires were ripped apart so i spliced them the it still doesn't work. any other ideas? thanks

There is a gear for the odometer that spins it. You might check and see if anyone tried to roll it back and booger-ed up that gear. That's whats wrong with mine.

there is a fuse for it too under the steerin colume. u mite chk that

if thats the piece that comes directly off of the trans, than no.
