4x4 tilt steering column
I have one but its from an 89 auto 4x4 and i dont know if the bearing is good. let me know how to check that bearing out and i can get it to you cheap if its in good shape. truck had 115k but steering was shot i think most of it was in the steering box and joint tho.
This should probably be in "Parts Wanted".
If you're going to completely replace it, you need a column shift column from a '92 or '93.
The clockspring on '91 is different, but the column will work if you use your clockspring and steering wheel from your '93.
There is no difference from 2wd to 4wd, it's auto to manual that is different.
I can supply a BARE tilt column assembly from an auto, if you want to go that route.
You can use your covers, steering wheel and electrical components.
You'll need to invest in a set of tamper-proof torx drivers to remove the ignition switch and multi-function switch.
PM me for my price on a bare column.
I generally don't like to post prices in an INFORMATIONAL thread.
Mark.
