water coming into cab...Where?

anytime it rains i get some decent water on the drivers floor board. it drips from the edge of the dash about 4 inches away from the door. id like to figure out where its leakin from before i tear my dash apart and trim on the door. anyone ever had this problem?

yeah mine kinda gets wet too. ppl say that it comes in from the gutter around the cab and will come out where ever it feels like it. they also say to re seam seal the cab....... that didn't do crap for me.

Most likely the windshield, possibly cowl cracks.

yep mine is cracked on the inside of the cowl it drips down behind the dash and runs under the carpet... lol so I drilled 3 TINY holes in the channels in the floor pan to let water and siliconed the cracks that I could find after 2 holes with the hose running and no leaks i sealed up the floor holes like new now and no more musty smell lol

Another place to check is the vent in the left kick panel. It is very common for these to leak in our trucks. I took my vent out and covered the hole with aluminum and sealer, then put the kick panel back in. It no longer leaks, and never will again.
