Sorry for bringing up this ancient thread but I'm having some trouble with this.

I just completed this with a mid nineties ford fuse box and it seems to fit perfectly! Looks great too.

I do have one problem though. I keep blowing my alternator fuse. Something is shorted out somewhere in my charging system and I can't figure out where. I even ran a new power wire for the alternator because I thought it might be shorting within the sheathing, but no. Anybody have any ideas as to why this would be happening? I replaced my entire wiring harness with a new/used one because I had melted wires in mine from the previous owner. What a mess!
