Yup, it is. The original owner smacked a deer with the truck over 10 years ago. It had a brush guard on it so it rolled the mount in on the top. I put the new bumper on the old brackets and I just need to adjust the brackets back where they should be. I was tired when I threw the bumper on and figured I would adjust it when I get the push bumper blasted and painted to slap back on.
