Update:
The brakes are working well. I put a vacuum gauge on the system and I was getting 25 inches of vacuum. I then checked the master cylinder reservoir and found that the fluid for the rear brakes was very low. I added brake fluid and took a test drive. After about 20 stops, the brakes started working normally. :jump:
