You mean w/o an engine? Few hundred bucks...

tltruckparts 02-01-2010 12:01 PM

depends if they know how much that front dana 60 is worth:w2:

You can buy a whole truck minus the engine and tranny for less the most sell the front axle. And teh dodge front dana is not as desirable as the ford hi=pinion

motor tranny everything there all it needs is a radiator and fan the truck has been recked but the frame is good and it runs

believe the first gen's all used a kingpin D60 = desireable

I would say upwards of 2,000 depending on your market.

there's a guy around here that just can't seem to sell his, but I have people pulling me over offering cash haha

x2. the dodge front kingpin is extremely desirable for people with passenger side drops. and its arguably the strongest 60 made. its alot better of an axle than any ford dana 60 after 1979

i just sold one locally for 1200 bucks.

No were near as desirable as the ford hi pinion. You can buy dodge D60's all day for $500. Ford HP... $1100...

For a wrecked truck not running... $1000-$1500

the 89-93 dodge axles are desirable, theyre the exact same as a chevy dana 60. the earlier years and later years arent worth 500 bucks. but the 89-93 kingpins are very good axles. the only years a ford kingpin is worth that much is the 78-79 kingpin axle. otherwise all other fords from the 80's have a crappy spring pad width and the 90's up all have balljoints.

Guess things are different in you nech the woods... Around here yuo can buy full sets from dodges for $700.
