Hood stack
Everyone is telling me to run stacks on my truck but I want something different. And rather than doing a whole exhaust i think an abnoxious hood stack would be awesome. I don't see these in my area. Are there any pointers on size, technique, and so on you guys got for me?also, does anyone know if it's legal in Ohio to do this? I don't see why not. Can I expect any noticable power gains by doing this? Thanks. I love you

no it is not legal. you may be able to get away on a technicality if it goes over the roof.
as far as Ohio laws the exhaust has to exit BEHIND the rear of the passenger compartment. it still would be cool to have, I considered it but I think the soot on the cab would annoy me, plus needing even louder speakers to drown out the engine. |
Bud is right....Check out the newest issue of Diesel World.....Grand Rock in Painsville now has a hood stack kit.
