A signed and cashed check is the same as signed contract,by cashing it he agreed to your terms, did you get a reciept of anykind? did you get any parts yet, keep at it

I wish dude...

I do know in the state of VA that if you bounce acheck for more then $300 you can call teh DA's office and tehywill press charges and get you money, its a felony.
