I bought the actual chrome turnouts from a freightliner dealer. They had a parts counter with all kinds of shinny goodies. The pipes and elbows I bought at a heavy truck parts store.

I never ran the truck with the stock 18.5 or original compressor. I swapped them on while I was building the truck. I suspect its a little better then the stock stuff.
