Default Intercooler

I have been talking with the Powerstroke guys on the site trying to locate an intercooler from a 99-02 7.3L Stroke to put in my 93 D350. I have found that alot of the guys with the 7.3L Stroke run the 6.0L intercooler. Will the 6.0L intercooler fit in a 1st gen? Also where is a good place to get the silicone couplers for the intercooler piping? Thanks a ton for any help you guys can give me.

I wouldn't put the plastic end intercooler in becuase they supposadly don't hold the pressure that the aluminum one can! I have gotten silicone stuff from: siliconehose.com, siliconeintakes.com, intakehoses.com.

It is ALOT better then the stock 1st Gen ones and takes just as much work to install as the stock 1st gen. That simple.

I have something a little different in the works for my 89 and may have a stock 1st gen intercooler for grabs soon... Here is a teaser shot...
