ve pump leak?

Hi guys I'm new to the site and I just got this truck and it's in pretty great shape. But it is leaking a small amount of fuel from the pump. It looks like it's coming from where the fuel screw is. Is there an o ring there or some kind of way of sealing it. Or is it somsomething else.
Any help would be appreciated

If you are talking about your full fuel screw then yes there is check out the sticky before you go play with that though

Go to this website, this is your problem, I had the same problem a while back

And if it's the fuel screw use plumbers tape on the scene then put the nut on over it to seal it, sometimes the threads get soft and allow a small leak pask, use plumbers tape

If you have the pin out replace the o ring I wouldnt rely on teflon tape like I think big tan snorkel was talking about with plumbers tape ( plumbers tape what holds your water heater to the wall with all the holes in it)

Not meaning to bash back blazer, but I have found it works for sealing thread gap, but yes replace the o ring, but you might have to go to a rubber specific store for a fuel safe o ring so you don't run into the o ring getting eaten off

I agree maybe in a pinch like leaking bad and need to go to work in the morning through some teflon tape on there and go to work but its not like a npt thread teflon will start leaking again cause its not getting smashed in there
