Lift pump ?

I've got an 89 non ic w250 and the motor is getting rebuilt .20 over but other than that it will be pretty much stock other than straight pipe and small pump mods. I plan on here in the near future going with and aurora 3000 and some ddp 150hp injectors but my question is at what point do u need to run a fass or air dog system ?

I'm not sure you ever 'need' to run one of those. The low-pressure piston pump is what I'll do next... like this one: Low Pressure Piston Lift Pump - from The Hungry Diesel

Ok that was goin to be my next thing I was gonna buy I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to waste my money but I'm sure I'll eventually need it cause I'm planning on running twins later on

My buddy runs twins on his 2ndgen with the piston lift pump... he's at ~500rwhp.

Does anyone have any info on this low pressure piston lift pump? Benefits? How it works? Why it would be better than a Fass or Air Dog system?
