Fuel Line Removal?

I'm trying to figure out how to remove my fuel lines from the VE pump to the injectors and I don't know what steps to take. I have my heater core lines off my valve covers off and my crossover tube off. The paint is chipping so want to repaint them but I don't know what has to be done to take them off the pump or what has to be done when reinstalling them as far as bleeding the air out. anyone have a write up on it?

Step one: Unscrew Lines
Step Two: Remove Lines
Step Three: Paint Lines
Step Four: Set Lines back on and screw them on
Step Five: Crack all of the lines loose at the injectors
Step Six: have Bubba turn over engine until fuel is spurting out
Step Seven: Tighten all lines and start the engine

How do I get to the lines on the pump?

I got that part. I didn't realize I had to take the plate holding the throttle cable off
