Power Without Smoke...

Is it possible?
Ive got hold of a 6BT with Ve pump. Is it possible to make around 400hp (crank) without blinding the guy in the next lane or behind me?
While it seems to be cool to "roll coal", id get hammered by the cops where i am.
What can i do to make good power without turning day to night?

Is it possible yes.
You just need proper fuel tuning, with a few other mods to your rig.
It's nice to see someone that's not wanting huge amounts of smoke:tu:

Good to know it can be done. I was planning HX35 turbo with adjustable boost elbow. +90 injectors, +40 fuel pin, 1-piece exhaust manifold from AFE, and a 4" exhaust going into a 5" stack with no mufflers.
Am i on the right track here?

I would go for an he351cw instead of the hx35.
Somewhere around 5x12 injectors (unless yours is non intercooled)
Low pressure piston lift pump
You can grind your own fuel pin deeper but buying a new one does help with smoke control. M&H inc M2 or M3 depending on what you're doing with your truck.

Edit:
Don't forget gauges first.
