Yet another (automatic) transmission thread..

I'll make it short an sweet. Noticed the other day while cruising on the highway the engine will rev upto 1900, then back down to 1800.. Cruising rpms are 1800 or so. In town, it feels like its lost some power. Does this sound like a slipping tranny?
