Fuel leak, but where from?

I have a fuel leak that will dribble when the engine is off, and trickle when running according to the front axle, oil pan transmission and t case. I've had this leak for a while, I installed the m&h dynamic timing hoping to narrow down the source of the fuel leak. The leak is from down low, I thought from the ksb solenoid but it is still leaking. The sides of the pump are dry so I do t think the throttle shaft seal is leaking. What exterior seals are there and how could I narrow them down? Also I think the fuel is leaking from the pump case, cause it takes forever to build pressure to advance the timing to start when the engine is cold.

It took a while to find mine, it was the shaft seal. It would only leak while the engine was running, but the fan would blow it around so you couldn't pin point it. On the engine side of the pump is a cover plate like the KSB. Those have been known to leak as well as the delivery valve head.
