My steering bracket is cracked!

I have a knock in my steering and upon close inspection I have a small crack in the steering gear bracket. I looked everywhere and couldn't find a new one, until I stumbled upon this - Chrysler Parts - Chrysler Parts - Call 800-385-0735 for Genuine OEM Chrysler Parts Parts and Accessories
Is this legit?
seems to good to be true but I'm thinking I'll order 2 if it is.

Anyone order from them before?

No one has ordered from that site?
Might be having a welding buddy weld it up and build me some reinforcements. He is a trained welder and one of the best I've ever seen so I trust his abilities. And for a 6 pack, you can't beat that price.

I have not ordered from them.

My bracket broke clear through and I temporarily welded it up. That was about 6,000 miles ago!!!

I did get a good junk yard part that I'm going to put in since my truck is down with the engine out. I'm thinking you could get one from a junkyard pretty cheap. It was a lot of work getting it off the vehicle but the price was good; maybe not as good as a 6 pack, but pretty good.

Does anyone have any good pictures of the reinforced bracket? If my buddy wants to fab a support I'd like some good pics of one from different angles. Am I correct that you can get the reinforced bracket off of RamChargers?
I think the one that was for sale at dodge connection.com is the same:humm:
Can't find any ram chargers in the yards here.
Any pics of the bracket with the reinforcement or even pics of how some of you reinforced it would be awesome. :c:

I actually found a video that is literally exactly what is happening with mine.
:pca1:
Mine has developed a crack just in front of the where the steering box moves.

Will I need to worry about anything other that fixing the bracket and working out why it moves? I'm thinking that the holes are "wallered" out (technical term) Is it feasible to fill the holes with weld and re drill and tap them? Or is there room for play and they just worked loose?
