Default Bumping my timing. Help

So the deal is I'm trying to advance my timing. I've watched how to do a number amount of times and I can't seem to get it. I've loosened all four bolts and now its time to rotate the pump up and it won't budge. I'm using the ratchet method and it still won't move it. Any advice will help.

Nevermind I got it. What I did was put tension on the pump and tapped the top of the injection pump up a little and my timing is now advanced. Yee haw

Loosening the injection lines and disconnection the boost line to the AFC makes it easier. If someone glued the gasket it can be a bugger.
