So I'd like to get a better looking O.E.M. steering wheel for my 91.5 LE, I have tillt, and I'd like to know what years are compatible with the first gens? I'm sure all the true first gen Diesel trucks would work, but they are sort of all "blah". I'd like to score one out of an earlier model, but I'm curious about spline count, etc. Hate to spend the day wandering around the boneyard just randomly looking for one that "might" fit. Looking at the Grant Steering wheel sight made me dizzy and I'd rather get that old stock look, but I think that most of the full size Dodge trucks and vans are game? Like to pull one out of an older 70's full size... Horn is relocated, so my biggest problems should be spline count, depth, width, and collar size? Any ideas guys? The local junkyard has a couple of older Dodges, and they can't possibly cost that much. A new aftermarket just doesn't get me fired up and they want a damn fortune for them, plus the installation kit...
