hey yall i bought a 1996 dodge 3500 service truck that has a 360 gas motor and i have found a wreaked 1992 cummins and tranny are perfect. what would it take to put that motor and tranny into the 1996 service truck?

 

There is no installation that can't be solved by the suitable application of money and power tools.
A lot of work and a lot of parts. 2nd gen engine mounts, core support, radiator, Intercooler. The type of tranny will determine what parts are needed there. And then there is the electrical. Powering the engine is easy, getting around all the 2nd gen gasser stuff won't.
